OK, I loved CC instantly, but "Let It Ride" can stay a B-side. Unless it grows on me with time.

I've been listening to these tracks back to back for nearly 5 hours. And they are great.

Playing sounds kind of Riot Act but Ed sounds kind of like he does now.
Strange.

Just wow.

It beggars belief tracks like these are turfed on the scrap heap...

Do we have any info on how and why they leaked?

Do they have any relevance to pearl jam 2013?

I want this very much.

Gave LB a few listens.
Terrible.

CC and LIR are light years ahead of artificialy joyous up-beat crap like "Unthought" and now LB.

While thinking about production and space, these tracks clearly illustrate that, despite the issues that plagued the final product, Adam Kasper's original recordings from those sessions sound fantastic.

Man, what might've been.

Bloody fade outs. Just starting to sound really really good and it fades off.

If it weren't for eds layered vocals, you'd almost think these were recorded live in the room.
There's space and atmosphere in there that we don't have on the ST record.

these are great, let it ride is good, and i love cold confession/concession whatever. Ed sounds like shit, but its the good kind of sounding like shit.

Is there no chance whatsoever these have anything to do with the new album?????NO CHANCE?????? PLEASE JEBUS.

why not even an ep or something jesus christ WHY ARE YOU MAKING IT HARD FOR ME TO LIKE YOU

They were probably saving em for somkinda lost cats shit, but i'd have been pissed then too

At least i know they're still capapble of producing the good shit.....

I'm half overjoyed to be enjoying new Pearl Jam music, and half really bummed out. Like legitimately sad, cause the new albums not gonna sound like this really is it. Cold confession even has organ used well, and all we're gonna get is o'briens cheese piano

If i close my eyes and wish hard enough those ed vocals on CC sound recent....ish i'm so used to disliking his voice on new songs i don't know what to do with myself. Who ever mentioned tom waits and a smokey bar was right

Do we know who wrote what?

I wouldn't call it cheese piano. They're reaching for thunder road(and they shouldn't) but we also don't know what kind of keys will appear on the album version.
