Temple of the Dog - 25 Years

When a band is but a fraction of Pearl Jam, but they aren't zero Pearl Jam.

They'll release a live album before any new music is released.

I was really looking forward to a new TotD album and tour. Probably more so than PJ. I just saw him perform 2 weeks ago. Crazy.

Tried for Seattle tickets. Figured I'd otherwise see them in the Midwest someday. Fuck.

Yeah now I'm very thankful I spent the money to go see them in San Fran last year.

I saw him solo, and with Audioslave, Soundgarden, and Temple of the Dog. I was really on the fence about seeing TOTD in SF. I'm glad I went. It was the best show out the four times I saw him.

Watching Times of Trouble from Philly was hard work. Chris looks juiced and the band seem focused on their parts. Zero camaraderie. I don't know much about how it should be, but that's not it. One thing I noticed is Stone Gossard is a fucking menace who needs to unretire his Vedder induced coma, because he's wasting his time as a bitch.

I listened to some of the Seattle show from 11/20/16. The sound quality is meh, but I can tell the guys are playing really well. Achilles Last Stand is tight. Overall, there are some good versions of their tunes here, so I'd imagine there are more at the other venues they played. I hope they release a live compilation or something along those lines.
