I don't listen to music much anymore. Almost never actually. Listening to terry pratchett audiobooks. And yes I'm wide awake (in Ireland) at 1:20am. U2 have great songs though. Just hope this new one has some really great songs. They're overdue.

It's one of only 2 U2 albums I like top-to-bottom

They still have great songs in their last records. The last one i really enjoyed was How To Dismantle...but they still have some pretty good things in the other ones.

Since everyone got so pissed off that U2 gave away their last album for free, I hope they charge double for this one to make everyone happy.

C'mon. You know that's not what people got mad about.

Good news. I liked the last album more than anything they'd done since Zooropa.

I really liked no line on the horizon. Brave record. Title track was awesome.

How do I delete their last album from my phone?

I keep forgetting to do this, but every time I accidentally open I tunes on my phone I'm reminded that this is still clogging up space.

there are only a handful of songs from their last two albums I like, but U2 has enough street cred from War through Atomic Bomb that I'll always check out a new album and hope for the best.

Whatever this sounds like, David Fricke will give it a 5-star review for Rolling Stone.

I haven't really liked much of their stuff since their ATYCLB and HTDAAB era. I'm not sure what it is about the last 2 albums that I didn't like, I think I found the production/sound irritating. It was way too mid range/punchy, they sucked all of the dynamics out of their sound.
