I dont like the reworked version of this they do live sometimes with the four chords that keep stopping. I dont get the point.

I think that was big in 2006. I'm not a fan either.mikejasond wrote:I dont like the reworked version of this they do live sometimes with the four chords that keep stopping. I dont get the point.

Re: Song of the Moment: Garden
I just listened to a 2006 version
. I don't even remember them playing the song that way. I wonder if that somehow slipped passed me at the time or if I just blocked it from my memory.

I still remember the AUD boot...maybe Hartford 2006?...with the girl screaming, "OHHHH MY GAWWWWD! THEY NEVER PLAY THIS!" or something similar as the song starts.
Whenever the wife and I hear the song, one of us will inevitably say, "OHHHH MY GAWWWWWD!"

It was actually Toronto, 2006-05-09. Check her out - she just doesn't shut up:emanon wrote:I still remember the AUD boot...maybe Hartford 2006?...with the girl screaming, "OHHHH MY GAWWWWD! Garden somehow sounds derivative of Pearl Jam.

Did Stone once call his boudoir the "Garden of Stone"?
'cuz that would explain Ed walking in there with his hands tied.

Re: Song of the Moment: Garden
I think this one of the songs on Ten most suited to its production; it sounds massive, and the voices echo all over the place - nice

Re: Song of the Moment: Garden
I agree with this take. For me Garden is one of the songs "hurt" most by the remix. I like OG version way better.Ms Harmless wrote:I think this one of the songs on Ten most suited to its production; it sounds massive, and the voices echo all over the place - nice
