Much credit to the Chiefs! Both teams suffered devastating injuries, though. It's a war of attrition.

Win the super bowl and then your team gets to decide.
Still not who I wanted to see, coach.
who did you want to see?
Edelman. :/
Love him on the field, but I've kinda tired of his off the field act (e.g. social media efforts).

I was thinking you might suggest an outside the box move like Pedro....
No Kyrie? Craig James? Steve Grogan?

I was talking about him being in uniform, but Marky Mark still bugs me for some reason.

And that was some bad football on the Pat's side.

I don't mind the loss, but more concerning is that half the team is dead with Slater, Edelman, Hightower, Amendola, Jones, Mitchell all out. Looked like Maybe Hightower comes back but at what percentage health? Same for Amendola and Slater. Too early to write off the season, of course, but the injury bug is bad this year. Here's hoping the Golden State Warriors catch a bit of that in the NBA.

Chiefs losing Eric Berry, though, evens things out a bit in the AFC. War of attrition.

As soon as they beat a team in the playoffs not QB'd by Brian Hoyer (or Tom Savage for that matter), then we can talk...until then week 1 results don't mean much of anything

You guys need to trade for Nick Williams WR, currently on the Falcons roster. Perfect Fit for that offense.

I was pretty impressed with Kareem Hunt and the Chiefs deep game.

Don't you drag the Warriors into this.

Good game Pats fans.

That didn't go at all like I thought it would. I'm not surprised, per se, because I know this Chiefs team is capable of exactly what they showed. I just wish they could be more consistent and perform like this in the post-season.

Anyway... I always hate seeing players go down. Here's to a swift and productive recovery to all players who were hurt last night. It's the worst part of the game. Good luck to the fallen on both sides of the ball.

I got three hours of sleep last night and my voice is shredded but it was worth it.

How about that Kareem Hunt, huh? I know he's not going to do that every week.... but man! He could really be something special. So glad I picked him up in FF keep league.

Looks like a torn Achilles. I think he's done for the year. Which fucking sucks. This is the kind of injury I was talking about earlier -- the kind that could make a 6-10 record more realistic. Huge loss for the Chiefs D. But Houston looks BACK. And that helps. Also, they are so much better with DJ on the field. So, it's not the end of the world. But it sucks. I think we'll absolutely lose games because Berry isn't back there.

It was a non contact injury. Late in the fourth. Looked eerily similar to what happened to DJ last year. He was sitting on the field the same exact way. It's possible it's just a sprain or something but...

We all knew Kareem Hunt had a great game, but I didn't know that was a rookie record for scrimmage yards. Hell of a way to start your career.

I love watching a good Any Reid game since he left the Eagles, and this is one of the best he's called.

The Chiefs trolling the Pats with the all the Aaron Hernandez plays to Kelce kept making me laugh as well.
