Love 'em both, but 1979 easily wins this.

This is tricky. I think I want to lean 1979. But when I sit and think about it... I know every note and beat and lyric onf WMA. I've listened to it more times over the years than I can even begin to count. I can't say the same of 1979. So... do I really think 1979 is the better song? If I've found myself actively seeking out WMA far, far more often? Have I ever sought out 1979?

Gimme a minute...

I'm gonna go WMA. I feel like it would be a poser move to go with 1979. But I really do love that song and kinda hope it advances.

I said it before but I'll say it again. I think 1979 might be my favorite SP song and it's definitely one of the best songs of the 90s. Easy vote.

Sometimes I forget how powerful the transition-into and out-of the bridge to "1979" is and then it comes up and it's like :o :o all over again
