No one cares about the expansion draft?

I loved the expansion draft. I wish they'd do something like this at the end of every season. Let playoff teams protect 7-3-1 or 8-1 and non-playoff teams protect one additional players. A team can only lose one player and the draft order is from worst to last.

I also think teams when they get penalized should have to start the penalty kill with the remaining players that were on the ice when the infraction took place, much like icings.
