I don't know how it's really arguable with Backspacer, but okay.

Just because he's 'the guy' doesn't mean he's making every single decision about the band; it wasn't like that even with those earlier albums. I think Ed's analogy of him having both hands on the wheel while everyone else has one is pretty apt.

That analogy does sound apt. I am very uninformed for the last couple of records, save for the posts I mentioned. Which now make more sense :thumbsup:

How could anyone be mad today? I a free EP from Pearl Jam with good-great songs fell from the sky today.
