Like Houston, the mayor of San Juan could have suspended vacations and put her entire emergency staff on red alert. Instead, she let them go home, perhaps intentionally to create drama for President Trump. Casualties don't count, only Deep State soundbites!

This reminds me of Katrina, where the Federal Gov did its job, but the local yokels at the scene where as dumb as chickens with their head cut off.....but they were they 1st ones to blame the president and the liberal media backed them up.
