I actually just did this. Plopped into record store and picked it up for same price as Amazon. Cancelled amazon order, which meant it hasn't shipped yet.

Well, I guess I might go to the record store this weekend. If it's not there, I may cancel the order anyhow. With the plethora of stuff the Ten Club has been putting out, I think I can live without this. I want my Soldier Field vinyl and Binaural, plus the Save You and World Wide Suicide 7"s, maybe the Avocado remix, the DVD of the movie. Yeah, I'm talking myself out of this record.

I spend more than half an hour on the phone with Amazon being told that it's in process for shipping, so I can't cancel it. The estimated delivery date is NOVEMBER 1ST - 15TH! This is actually a great collection of songs. I changed my mind on it. Ed and the band sound fantastic. Yea, its a standad issue safe set but there are some inspired versions on here. That release is fantastic.

There's no extra booklet but the photos are splattered across. Not sure if they are the same, i assume so.
