The Hulu series is outstanding. One of the absolute single greatest seasons of tv to date. I'm a massive Atwood fan, huge fan of the book, and I was blown away by the series. It's great. Literally great.
Probably shouldn't have read the synopsis so soon after the book. Now I'm like, "You changed that? There's a season two? You want to do ten seasons?"

The first season follows the book extremely well. There are some big changes and additions -- mostly in exploring the world and fleshing it out. I didn't think I'd want a second season, let alone a 10th, but this show has earned it.

Really? dammit, I don't want to shell out for Hulu again!
I was reading a review and saw this:
Moss practices Scientology[38] and identifies as a feminist.[39]
Yes, Moss is a Scientologist. But I don't see what that has to do with anything. She's amazing in this show, as she is in everything else. If you don't want Hulu, then don't get it. But the show is spectacular and meaningful. It's a great, great show.
Not a fan of the new Shark Tank set design. Why did they switch Robert and Mark but no one else? Why are they sitting so far apart? Why does the lighting and makeup suddenly make everyone look 20 years older?
Pretty disappointed with how they ended the Mr Mercedes series. The book had such a grand conclusion and for this it seems they tried to tame it down as much as they possibly could
"I really enjoy sandwiches but the other guys are so good at making sandwiches that I don't make them. Now I make sandwiches."

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.
