The war on drugs concert was really fabulous, lenny. Did you have a chance to catch them live?lennytheweedwhacker wrote:i don't think we canStrat wrote:it was just a joke, man. its his two favorite loves and I tossed it out there. I sometimes feel guilty when listening to Michael Jackson. Off The Wall is really good though. Those kids were probably asking for it.

I've done a lot of reading on MJ's case(s) and I'm pretty thoroughly convinced he was innocent. A mentally ill weirdo, but not a child abuser... just ridiculously naive and surrounded by shitty people

I should read all the other posts before I respond to things. Jorge gets it. He's way better at this than I am.theplatypus wrote:There's also a difference between "I can't like this because the person who made it is bad" and "I choose not to support this because (whatever)".

Re: The Cinematic Motion Picture News Thread
Entertainment reporter on the national news just gave his review of the Snowman. He seemed rather pissed. The gave it an unenthusiastic 1/2 star. As in point 5 of a star.
Evidently the director gave an interview where he said that they ran out of time to shoot the entire movie and therefore couldn't include between 10 and 15% of the screenplay.
He then gave me 3 other snowmen to go see instead of this movie.
