I cant see any logic in it. He's perfect for this team right now. The only thing is that they'd have to give him a pretty long contract and pay him more than they're paying most of their players right now.

I would have been 50/50 on Cora/Girardi if he had been available. I think I would have gone with Girardi.

maybe he just wants him in the clubhouse so he can watch him shower postgame just like old times

Hes been fun to watch most of the season.
