I hate to say this, but that
Spoiler: show
wolf is most definitely Ahsoka. :/

At the end, when Ezra told Kanan there really was a wolf, Kanan replied "I believe you . All paths are coming together now". I don't want it to be true, but at this point, I don't see how they are going to introduce some new storyline with only a few episodes left in the series. Totally Ahsoka.

Well if that’s the case, maybe
Spoiler: show
that wolf in TLJ trailer is her, too.

when reports first emerged of a weird nunlike creature on ahch to, i prayed it was her. it would have made so much sense in relation to Luke and her knowing his father intimately..all the stories she could have told him of Anakin the man, the only one who believed in her, not vader

think thats a huge missed opportuinty

There's never been anything like that in Star
Wars lore before, though. It's a huge bag of worms. They gotta be careful or fans will start asking questions and demanding explanations. My hope is that Ahsoka is connected to it somehow (like she sent the wolf to Ezra or chose to show him a vision only he would understand) but isn't actually the thing.

I know Kanan is probably gonna bite it this season, but man, there is some potential there for them to develop a great story with him going into exile and getting further depressed about his situation. Would be a really dark route but the potential for that story is dark and intriguing.

Kanan and the force wolf will end up living in exile on some fringe planet. The two will live off the land, play fetch, and grow to hate each other.

Hera is the only reason I can't see him going into hiding. Not without her. And we know she's around, active, and participating in the rebellion all the way through and past Return of the Jedi.

But, yes, hypothetically, I think you're right. There is something really cool there. If they decided to go that route, it could be really fucking cool. But I just can't see him leaving Hera behind and abandoning her and her passion for the Rebellion.

Yeah, I forgot we recently found out she survived the battle above Scarif. So yeah, good point.

She's in an episode of Forces of Destiny that takes place after the Battle of Endor. She interacts with Han.

On that. I’m not getting how forced of destiny is canon but the new canon books are only might be canon who knows headscratch? Meaning the certain point of view book and the new Adventures of Luke Skywalker book particularly

Well again, The Luke book is a book of myths/story's being told by other characters. So the actual events of the book are canon, meaning the dudes sitting around and telling stories is canon but the stories they are telling may or may not be.

Certain Point of View is weirder, I guess. I haven't seen that they're calling that one pseudo-canon or whatever. But if they are, then it's probably just because it's a largely silly book that fills in things don't need to be filled in. Or, as the name implies, only fills them in from a certain point of view, making them half-truths. But I'm pretty sure all the big ones (the Obi-Wan series, for example) are true canon.

Yeah that's really the only book in question, right? All the other books are considered canon. And I think Joey described the Luke book spot on.

I didn't realize that Hera and Sabine also have Star Wars Black Series six inch figures.

Now, I kinda wanna collect those along with the Ahsoka one.

Sabine is still growing on me, I'm not sold on her character yet. But I love me some Hera.
