with all that banning experience he could apply for a job as an RMod tho

Hes arguably better than a few starters and definitely better than probably half of the backups.BurtReynolds wrote:Why would any owner bring him on their team? There is no conceivable reason to.
He's a backup QB with huge baggage and who would almost certainly cause cancelled tickets and lower ratings.
This doesn't take a conspiracy.
The viking don't need to be turned around. 6-2 baby!BurtReynolds wrote:He's not so good that he's gonna turn any of these teams around. At best he's a band aid.
None of these things change the fact that his presence on any team will be detrimental to their bottom line.
He's radioactive, and every owner knows it.
Kaepernick isn’t nearly as good as you just made him out to be. I think most of what you just said is patently untrue. And your last sentence is nonsense. Ever heard of Ray Rice?MattA75 wrote:The idea that Kaepernick isn't worthy of being a starter in this league is bullshit. And honestly, his bigger problem than the kneeling is the pig socks and his comments about Castro. Those two things are a much bigger reason why he's unsigned IMO.
I'm not even really a fan of the guy or his style, but he's not nearly as bad as most of his detractors say. He's had nothing around him on offense for the most part, and even with the hot garbage he was working with last year he still had a 4-1 TD/INT ratio.
Objectively, he's better than McCown, Flacco, Bortles, Cutler, Dalton, anyone Denver has, anyone Minnesota has, anyone San Francisco has, and anyone Arizona has (and that includes the injured old fart Palmer). And I could reasonably argue he'd be better than Dak Prescott if you give him those weapons on offense. And Houston especially should be signing him rather than flushing their season down the toilet with Tom frigging Savage.
If only he had beaten the shit out of a woman or a kid, he'd be back in the league starting for someone right now.

No shit his record sucks, the 49ers are hot garbage, only the Browns are worse. His best WR last year was Torrey Smith, who I believe is what, #4 in Philly this year?PHATJ wrote:Kaepernick isn’t nearly as good as you just made him out to be. It's convenient that you completely ignore the context of the 49ers roster completely imploding over those two seasons. Now they are probably the worst roster in the league.PHATJ wrote:Kaepernick isn’t nearly as good as you just made him out to be. I think most of what you just said is patently untrue. Their schedule is about to get tougher. We'll see how good they really are. The defense looked good today, though.MadTIGERmaN wrote:Fly Eagles Fly! If they could just tighten up that defense. LOOK OUT!Meddle wrote:Go, Eagles.
