I wish I'd have known you were going, vtt. Where were you in the audience?
Peoria attracts weird crowds. We so rarely get events like this that you'd think the whole city would turn out for them, but instead it just ends up being half an arena full of people who just showed up because it was something to do, or was close to the bar. There were three Brut cologne-drenched 40 year-old prettyboys in the row behind us at the beginning talking about how the best show they ever saw was Dokken. We moved.

Getting ready to head over to the venue in just a bit for the Virginia beach show. Real excited to see mmj and wilco again, and Im wanting to be excited for Dylan, but all the people talking about how rough he sounds has me maybe a little nervous for his set, but i would say Im really intrigued to see what his set is like

This tour seems boring. I know those are great band, and well, Dylan, but seems boring.

If i had gone into it without the heads up on how he was sounding then i might have been disappointed, but i just watched and enjoyed it for what it was, a legend trying his best to keep on performing even with his limitations. It was fun watching him, he would start moving with the music, and kinda strutting around the stage, some of the songs are almost unrecognizable but its like his 60th year of touring or something crazy like that, he can do what ever he wantsvegman wrote:What did you think of Dylan's set?Dr. Van Nostrand wrote:It definitely wasn't boringVinylGuy wrote:This tour seems boring.
