Over the Hills might be their best song. I don't know that I'd ultimately stand by that, but I'd give it a long consideration

"Nobody's Fault" is excellent and it pains me to vote against "Presence," but on Mt. Zeppelin "Over the Hills" breathes rarified air. It combines their rootsy/folksy side with the traditional riff-rock element of their first four albums flawlessly, feeling almost like a bookend to the first half of their career and giving way to the more rhythmically centered second half of it. It also gets points for being the song my fingers go straight to playing every time I pick up an acoustic.

Over Hills was a pivotal track in myZeppelin discovery. My father didn’t own anything after IV so it was a discovery of my own.

I love it when that happens. My dad was into CCR but only had greatest hits volume 1 & 2. When I got their box set it was like a whole new world of CCR I never knew about.LetMeSleep wrote:Over Hills was a pivotal track in myZeppelin discovery. I'm tempted to vote for Nobody's Fault But Mine because it's a great song and I know it will lose this round.

Over the Hills is on Led Rushmore. You have to vote for it. It's like a law.
(But Nobody's Fault But Mine is still better than Achilles).

Nobody’s Fault But Mine.
I’ve always thought Over the Hills and Far Away was pretty boring, even as a kid. Growing up this was my brother’s favorite Zeppelin song. So needless to say it got over played a lot around my house. Give me No Quarter or D’yer Mak’er any day.

NFBM absolutely crushes. Those little instrumental breakdowns between verses are probably my favorite thing Zeppelin ever created.

This tourney is stepping up the difficulty today.
Over the Hills, just barely. Nobody’s Fault But Mine is great too.

Over the Hills and Far Away is my favorite, especially live but I still have mad love for Nobody's Fault. Great song.

Easy vote for Nobody's Fault for me.
I really, really don't like Over the Hills.
