Other than Clay Matthews, is there a more overrated player in the NFL than Dez Bryant?

He's only had 3 90+ catch years, 3 1,000-yard receiving years and 3 10+ TD years.

I know it's a tricky stat, but he has also hoovered around 50% in catch percentage the last several years.

I'm not saying he's terrible, but his stats don't really warrant the weekly hype he gets from TV analysts.

You say "in" the NFL and it changes my answers because the first one was T.O. and the second was Deion Sanders.

I understand why people don't like him, but T.O. most certainly has the stats.

~150 TDs and ~16,000 yards are pretty unfuckwithable.

In my mind, the only legitimate argument against T.O. (performancewise) is the drops.

Dez was injured a lot

still not as good as TO imo

but he missed lots of games so his stats wont be as robust

TO’s career is ten times better than Dez’s.

And Deion Sanders wasn’t overrated, he was GREAT. He just wasn’t interested in tackling, but he usually didn’t have to because he was running towards the end zone with the ball.
