Phasma being the worst thing that happened in this two movies?? Its made just for the fanbois to get their new toy...Why did they get that girl from got to play this non character?
She has as much screen time as Bobba Fett. What are your thoughts on bobba fett?
I would say she has more. I dont care about Fett really but at least he got Solo. Phasma does nothing.

Also.
Spoiler: show
I love the montage with the whole telepatic comunication between rey and kylo. I wish we get more of that and why it happens
Spoiler: show
I think there was way too much of it. From Luke seeing them in the hut together, to Luke appearing on a distant planet. Lazy writing.
Spoiler: show
Anders, come on. Were they supposed to e-mail? Meet in a bar for coffee?
Spoiler: show
While the ghost thing is not perfect, at least it has been established in the deepest canon. And it us used sparingly up until this movie.
Spoiler: show
Just because it's convenient, doesn't make it a good idea. It should have been more in line with previous Star Wars movies in this.
Spoiler: show
dead people's ghosts come back and hang out, and this troubles you? It's a new force power. I want more of this kind of stuff

Several fans seemed to be pretty disappointed/pissed after seeing this according to the Internet. I don't think that's a bad thing.

huge disconnect between audience and critical satisfaction on RT. It will be interesting to see how this ages

The user reviews coming in on IMDB now are scathing.

welp, for those of you who were annoyed at the way TFA played it relatively safe, now you know why. To MD, Ensign, Strat, and others points, I think people will come around on this.

That’s a great summation that, I think, well represents the feelings of those who will love this movie.

I think it's flawed.
Spoiler: show
Star Wars never suggested you couldn't be anyone and still have force abilities. But it did suggest that you needed training to defeat those who also had training, and it is also a story closely connected to the Skywalkers. To just drop that would be a huge flaw in the overall saga.

Rey has only fought Kylo when he was badly injured though. Also, Kylo is a Skywalker and Luke plays a vital role in the trilogy.

Im ok with new things or lectures to this saga.
Spoiler: show
It doesnt bother me if they want to adress this new thing that the force is out there for anyone who feels it. its okey. My complaint is more focused on the lazy storytelling both of the movies have. Lots of wtf moments from both of them.

I watched this movie last night and I'm deeply disappointed Disney did this to my favorite franchise. There is no journey, no emotion, the black guy's acting is poor and the lead actress lacks commitment.
