Was it porchball who covered 'Smile' back then? That really got me right in the feels.

I miss Frank too, and I barely really knew him.

On the drive into work this morning Maynard J Keenan was being interviewed about "the one song that he keeps coming back to in his artistic life" (it was Kashmir by Zep fwiw). In the intro when asked what song he wanted to discuss though he joked "The Pina Colada Song" by Rupert Holmes and the DJ played a snippet.

So yeah, that's now firmly wedged in my brain and won't leave.

I've been listening to a lot of Zombie lately. Astro-Creep: 2000 and Hellbilly Deluxe still totally hold up for me. Utterly original and singular. And catchy as all hell.
