help

Post by godsdice »

So,
I lost all I owned in that lovely storm they call Sandy
Things are settling down to normal now and I've not begun to replace the lost music I had
Over 10,000 various live cds plus 2 ipods and a laptop filled with music

Its been quite a long time since I've downloaded anything (I used to do cd trading back in they day which is where I got most of my stuff)

who can point me out places to look for downloads(pearl jam and other bands as well)

I know I can buy most of the later PJ shows now a days but I'm not made out of money I at one point had every show from 92-03 but I'd be happy just to find the ones I have been to

thanks

Sounds like you should arrange a HD+P, where you buy an external hard drive and mail it to one of our lovely friends to have it filled with the music you love and miss.

Also, sorry for your loss. Glad you are working towards recovery now, I really can't imagine how I would handle something like that.

If you wanna get into torrenting, that could be a good way to build up a collection of 2000-2013 official bootlegs (and the rest of your music collection, I'm sure). Here's one place to get started: http://www.whatinterviewprep.com/

Sounds like something I could do for you.

Complete audio collection on my current Flacapalooza drive requires 1.5TB.
Complete video collection, which may not be as complete as it once was, requires 3TB.

PM me if interested.

This is the place I frequent. They've got more (tradable) Pearl Jam than you could ever want.

Went though something similar a few weeks before Sandy. Lost a ton of vinyl, digital stuff spared, but I did loose some CDs. Why don't you make a list of things you really want to replace? That way we can help more.

Have you considered stacking papers and getting paid?
