Neko Case

Man, Neko Case has a quality about her that I can't describe, but is just so mesmerizing. I was at the stage right in front of her for the whole show, she is just a cool person. Her voice fills the room and her backups were great. There was no percussion this show, so that was kind of cool. I'm intimidated by her but want to hang out with her at the same time.

Very cool, great musician, and hot in an 'I'm not hot' kinda way

She came out last night with no makeup, basically in sweatpants. It was awesome.

Neko is a top 3 artist for me. Everything she does is a drop what you're doing, listen immediately event. I've seen her twice and the last time she had a dog on stage with her. It might have been back-up singer Kelly Hogan's dog, now what I think about it. Still, cool.

That is a good list. They did "Nearly Midnight, Honolulu" acapella last night and it was wonderful. I'll have to think on my list. Also, here is the setlist from last night that I was able to grab:

Also, I may have said before, no percussion last night. Just her and two other guitars, and a bass. She mentioned that this tour was to "get all of the old songs out of the way" because she has a new album coming out this year and will be touring on that afterwards.
