So the House plans to pass the CR they wrote and then skeddaddle before the Senate can send it back to them....thus forcing them to pass it as written.

The two basic tenants of Republicanism remain true: fierce, unshakable loyalty to party and leadership, and a casual willingness to fuck each other over in order to avoid compromise.
