Rumor has it the next album is just an EP and a special release will be available to 10C members for 69.99

It's gonna be the long (Mike) rumored Backspacer follow up EP which comes in handy b/c it was all recorded 10 years ago.

At this point, I'd say we have better odds of getting three more Jeff solo records than a PJ one.

Agreed, these guys just can't get on the same page and produce something, other than endless tours? Clearly some of them still want to make music.

i got the sense after the LB interviews that Ed and maybe others really dislike the studio process

which is surprising bc you figure at this point they could just do whatever they want in terms of how they record

unfortunately that freedom seems to just yield ‘not recording’

they should take the pressure off themselves and just record the next album in their soundchecks while they are on tour. just do it as they go

Jeff seems really sour about them not recording more music. He always says that.

At this point i blame Ed and Stone because Matt, Jeff and Mike are always doing music.

Any album they make where Eddie isn’t enthusiastic about doing it is going to suck ass anyway, I’d rather no album than something shit out just to do it.
