Just got back from taking my staff on a field trip to a brewery. I always love learning how differently everyone does it, and it’s fun seeing my bartenders get excited about moving good product.

Found out about a cool project a lot of local breweries are doing together throughout the year called “Houston daisy chain.” One strain of yeast will keep getting harvested and passed from brewery to brewery thoughout 2018. Pretty awesome.

2. Jai Alai White Oak Aged - Cigar City
3. Resin - Six Points
4. Sierra Nevada Hazy Little Thing - Sierra Nevada
