Not all 10C seats are on the field. Most seats on the field are 10C seats.

It's a bit of a dick move, but I'm gonna do that to if I get a presale code. For experience for next go-around. The tickets I saw on the Seattle season ticket holder presale where decent, so it's possible there might be some choice singles that show up.

They text you a code on your phone, and you plug it into the presale location on the ticketmaster site.

I've never done one before either, but it seems like registering doesn't guarantee anyone access to the pre-sale. I don't think you technically registered through the 10C - they just linked to the TM Verified Fan registration. Being a 10C member is completely unrelated as far as I can tell (But I am not a 10C member so I could be wrong). The word "Fan" is just Ticketmaster branding this new system.

I got all the shows I wanted through 10C so it doesn’t matter for me anymore, but I think anyone that got shut out in the lottery should be guaranteed one of these codes.

I'm going to guess that Ticketmaster has their own method for verifying buyers for this system. They probably don't want to just take the word of some outside party.

I was thinking they could provide 10C with codes(they’re obviously working together) that would be given to anyone that didn’t win.

OK that could maybe work. Or the 10C could forward a list of email addresses of people who tried but lost the lottery (if people gave permission) to Ticketmaster and requested that they all be given access to the pre-sale. I guess I was assuming that the presale is more than just a code and that it's tied to one's ticketmaster log-in. But I don't know that for a fact.

Either way, I think the hurdle will end up being the pre-sale itself, not gaining access to it. Or maybe demand is down enough that basically everyone who wants to will at least be able to get in the building. Face value is so high that ticket re-sellers can't be too motivated to risk gobbling up a ton of mediocre tickets.
