I think this looks like a fun movie. Hopefully lives up to the hype.

Yeah, my expectations are: a fun comic-book adaptation; a Marvel film. If it exceeds those at all, I'll be so pleasantly surprised. But even if it just meets those expectations, I'll enjoy it well enough for what it is.

Same. Sounds like there might be a little character development with the villain. That would be a nice chance of pace from the Marvel formula.

Totally agree there. I'd love to see that.

It's been stolen so many times I don't know who to attribute it to:
The only two white actors in Black Panther are Martin Freeman, who played Bilbo Baggins, and Andy Serkis who played Gollum. They're the Tolkien white guys.

The first two thirds have some really cool stuff in them that gets away from the typical sterile Marvel environment. I really enjoyed the world building and the story beats in it.

I'm sure it's fine. I'm not seeing it because I'm burned out on marvel stuff. GotG 2 sucked, I won't see new ant man, and infinity wars looks like a cluster fuck.

There are only two absolute truths I know in this life. One of them is don't listen to Burt.

Hey, I had a question mark there. We won't know until he reports back on the movie. This is a rock solid test.
