I'm hitting a Melbourne or Sydney BDO I reckon.

Yeah, not particularly thrilled about this. The timing sucks for me too. Chances of a Perth sideshow? 3%? Perhaps 4%?

Oh well.

In the unlikely event that I do/can head to the BDO it would be with my son along as his 'first official concert' and I'd hope to see Arcade Fire, PJ, Snoop, Kingswood and Tame Impala. I'd love it if Lower Plenty got a guernsey too.

Ten Club has arranged a special Ten Club members only pre-sale through the festival website. Pre-sale tickets will not be available through the Ten Club site. Due to the nature of festivals, there will not be a Ten Club early entry. Ten Club pre-sale tickets are simply being offered to help our members get tickets before the public pre-sale tickets sell out. Supplies are limited, tickets not guaranteed.

Sometimes.

Some years they sell out in minutes, other years they hang around for a while. This is a pretty killer line-up, though, so I'm thinking it'll be the former rather than the latter.

Cheers spenno. They don't give you much time to sort your shit, do they? E-mail at 7pm, pre-sale 14 hours later. Chances are if I hadn't wandered to this thread I would have only read the e-mail as the pre-sale was starting.

I see "General Pants" (whatever that is) and probably other fan clubs are having pre-sales tomorrow too. Best I try and snaffle a pair of tix "just in case". The wife won't notice a sneaky $330 on the credit card for at least a few weeks.
