I actually do wish I liked avocado by itself. I like it in the form of guacamole. Something about its slimy and weirdly smooth texture just skeeves me out when it's not all mashed up for guac.

Avocado complements a lot of things really well. Any of the Mexican meat dishes, turkey/roast beef on sandwiches, eggs, salads, etc. are all pretty badass with some avocado on top or on the side. It's super healthy for how rich and delicious it is too.
