I'm guessing people thought that it was going to be more like a 10C sale in which people are very likely to get tickets (and quality seats too), when in reality it was much more like a public on-sale, with all the shit-show that goes with it.
Curious to see if the wait list people get taken care of, since so many codes were sent out to people that already got tickets from 10C.
The 2 things aren't directly related. And at least for Fenway, plenty of people with codes couldn't get the quantity of tickets they wanted. So there's no reason or method to take care of the wait list people.

the entitlement is amazing, especially after what was arguably the best lotto they've run.
Yes, they could have tied the presale codes to 10c lotto losers... but what does that mean? Is someone who won 5 out of 6 shows stilled owed access to the 6th?

I didn't get lottery tickets to Missoula but got them through the pre-sale. I can live with that.
I did get a text just before the pre-sale started; glad I 1) looked at my phone, which I don't always do at work, and 2) was able to drop everything and take a long lunch so I can get tickets.
I'm probably going to get talked to about the long lunch.

wife's coworker had a 11am presale code this morning for seattle, and the only thing she could pull for 2 people after the system slowed down was obstructed view seats

I had a friend in the 11:30 window pull 2 good 200 level seats for the Friday Safeco show. Seems it was quite the crapshoot today, but I definitely didn't hear of any GA tickets being available via TM.

Did the boston shows go as quick as expected?
They went fast. And I expect any pairs held back for the full public onsale will be sold on that day.
Maybe?
Seems like there were more 10c tickets for night two than there were buyers. I would be pretty surprised by a third show (I'll be camped on TM just in case).

if they were to add a Friday night show they'd sell that out no problem
the Tuesday night show was always a horrible idea...I still don't know how they decided to play Fenway on Labor Day weekend and still somehow only play 1 actual show during the actual weekend

Hadn’t even considered an earlier show. Good point
