But I have an extremely reliable source telling me he spoke to Gareth yesterday and when the guy said to him "You should make more Star Wars films, I love your work," Gareth replied, "I'm working on it. Announcement soon."

Just learned this week. In the special editions. They overdubbed it so Luke screams as he falls down that shaft away from Vader.

Here’s the crazy part. They just used palpatines scream from ROTJ when he falls down the shaft of the Death Star and edited it in.
