I saw a Game of Thrones musical Sunday night that was fun. Musical Thrones: A Parody of Ice and Fire. It's a touring show, so if it swings by your neck of the woods it's a pleasant way to kill some time.

Sansa did get much better on subsequent reads. Knowing where she is going really reframes your early experiences with her
I haven’t reread but I agree
And they say that a hero could save us
I'm not gonna stand here and wait

I also agree. Always loved reading about Arya and Tyrion, and Jamie was a revelation in book two. Jon got better by each book.

Are we just talking A Game of Thrones or the whole series?

Yeah I think as a fan of the books its time to come to grip with the fact that Martin just isn't that into me.

Says an op-ed piece by a fan in Forbes Magazine. It's the argument a fan is making, not something George himself said or even really alluded to.

all the click bait sites took it and ran with it

I haven't even seen that op-ed, Pete. That's not what I'm talking about.

What I'm referencing is from a week ago, though. Not the last day.
