We make a pretty hearty tuna casserole with orecchiette. I might just make that again tomorrow. Very underrated pasta. Easily forkable with small vegetables. Works very well with carrots and peas.

i am down with orecchiette and any kind of greens. but keeping those little ears from sticking to one another in the boiling water takes dedication
