Re: Hot Sauce Committee
Are we including salsa in this thread? If so, I finally opened a can of some ghost chili stuff I picked up at a truck stop a few months ago. Jesus Christ. That spice made me taste sounds.

Re: Hot Sauce Committee
I bought this recently:

Joe Beef's Apple Maple Hot Sauce. The bottle says to try it as an ice cream topping, which is intriguing.
And I've just been eating a lot of Valentina. Valentina on everything

Valentina is great. I had it again recently and couldn't believe I called it "thin and vinegary" earlier in this thread. I must've been thinking of something else

I've only had the black. Apparently it's the same flavor but hotter.

Re: Hot Sauce Committee
Not so much a sauce thing, but I've been putting habanero powder on things. If you're food is already saucy or you just don't want to alter the flavor too much, I'll use that, or cayenne pepper, or crushed red pepper flakes.
If you haven't had the habanero one, you can get something like this from Amazon:

Re: Hot Sauce Committee
Guys, I can't recommend these enough:

They come in a four-pack. I only really wanted the Tocino de Fuego Fiery Spanish Bacon, which I'd already blown through a bottle of, but I decided to go ahead and get the other sauce too.
The SoCal Hot Avocado Guac Sauce is unbelievable. Got them today and I'm already halfway through a bottle. A flavor explosion, and a good amount of heat without being overwhelming. I recommend getting the four-pack but you can also get them individually.

Re: Hot Sauce Committee
Good question. I put hot sauce on almost everything I eat. Most hot sauces take a while to go bad (if refrigerated well).
This is due to the uhhhh vinegar and the capsaicin
