Did that 'Ed putting a uke song on the record' thing end up being unsubstantiated?

i think the same person who said there was a song called sirens is the one that said there would be a reworked uke song, so i still think it will be there

I'm going to be very disappointed if there's an Eddie Uke song on there. I'm also getting more worried this is going to be Backspacer-esque. Hearing Cold Conf(c)ession and knowing it and songs like it might have nothing do to with LB has me concerned. I almost liked it better when CC existed solely as an imaginary song title.

Why is the reworked uke song pissing everyone off so much? I genuinely don't get it.

We've waited 4 years for a new PEARL JAM record with new PEARL JAM songs, not an EV song from 13 years ago reworked.

A Pearl Jam song from 13 years ago is probably better than one that's made a year ago.

Yeah, I just thought of that actually. Infallibility is one of God's attributes according to Christian doctrine, and certain religious leaders claim to be, or set themselves up to be, infallible (the Pope). I wouldn't mind if the song did that at all.

I just think a lot of people want a spacey, experimental album in it's entirety, and not a 15 second blurb in Life Wasted and say its experimental. Drugs may not be the answer, but i think it will help. But i don't think we'll ever see it.
