True but also wide open for a certain point of view. He doesn’t know Anakin is the one in the machine. Vader isn’t announced as the emperors hand. None of the imperial fleet even know who he is or even know his name and don’t listen to him initially. He’s just there. It isn’t common knowledge at all that it’s Anakin Skywalker. Vader kills the few stormtroopers that are told who he is..

You need to read the latest couple of issues of Vader’s comic. Other than stormtroopers knowing Anakin is Vader, everything you just mentioned was resolved. And this is set years before Rebels.
