Bros, new question:

How do I share a signal between multiple TV’s at my house?

I will continue using cable (Comcast). I see no way out of it especially for live sports. What I am trying to avoid is the monthly charge for additional cable boxes. I only need/want 2 (living room and bedroom).

But we’re putting a TV (or projector with screen - haven’t decided yet) out on our new covered patio and will really only use that for baseball & football games. Is there a way to, for example, put the game on my living room TV via the Comcast box, and somehow “share” the signal to my patio TV (projector) so I am watching the exact same thing on both screens?

I've never tried it before, but I believe you can split the cable between two tvs, but you can only watch one tv at a time. Don't quote me on that though

Hmmm ... interesting ... like maybe have two cables, connected to the respective TV’s, and only plug one of them into the Comcast box at a time. This could work. No way to use the remote outside but that’s OK if I just have one game on. Interesting.

Need a cable anyway. But if you had a spare long one, you could plug it in only when you need to use the projector. It could actually be more family friendly.

You should be able to put a splitter between the output of the cable box and the plug of your tv. As mentioned, you’d probably have to watch the same things on both TVs, tho.

Bammer, you should really look into Playstation Vue for a streaming option. Has all the sports channels you need (other than MLB Network) and several regional sports networks.
