I stopped using recipes a while ago since I’m never happy with the results.

I’m actually mimicking an amazing version I had at a restaurant a while ago which used a cheesy artichoke sauce in place of just cheese. We’ll see how it turns out because I’m winging it and I’ve never cooked artichokes before...

Saltimbocca turned out really well. The sauce is delicious; pretty proud of myself for pulling it off since I’ve never made sauce from scratch before.
