Zack Greinke's comments were so open... screw Braun, what a pile of shit that guy is.

I never blame fans of a team for sticking up for thier guy. It just became more and more obvious how full of shit he was, sort of like Lance.

ARod to me is more intriguing. He's made something like 500 million dollars in salary alone yet no one seems to like him, everything that comes out of his mouth is pretty much a lie, half truth or some bent on the truth. He's got all these hollow statistics but if you were picking teams I don't see anyone who would want the guy on thier team. He's got almost no positive qualities but great stats much of which are due in large part to performance enhancing drugs.

I think we can all agree that the absolute worst thing to come of all this PED stuff in baseball is that the Yankees may end up getting out of the last four years of A-Rod's deal.

I honestly want him traded.

Yeah one of Greinkes comments was pretty much how Braun befriended everyone just to get them to go out and say good things about him, hell he went out of his way to talk to Kemp and convince him he was clean. But in the end? he only cared about himself... which is the biggest common factor with Bonds, ARod and Braun... EGO!

didn't he confess to using steroids for a few years at one point, and didn't the yankees renew his contract after that confession? didn't they also win a championship after that confession? i don't know. it's a ridiculous thought, but if they can take the rest of his contract away, i wish baseball could take that world series away.

they should do something like make A-Rod's money count against the luxury tax even if he's banned for life or something like that.

From what I understand there's a stipulation that if a player is banned from baseball for life the contract they have with their team is immediately void. There's no way the owners would arbitrarily allow an exception to that.

As far as I can remember, when he admitted to using them he said he used them up to 2003 or something... didn't he? That's why the Biogenesis stuff is such a big deal... it suggests that he probably never stopped using.

yeah, that sounds about right Phil...
I still love how idiot news papers say Bonds was never found guilty of taking steroids, even though he admitted, he never took steroids KNOWINGLY, which is the key word... he never denied taking steroids, he denied ever taking them KNOWINGLY... but has been told after the fact what he was taking (the cream and clear) were infact, Steroids...

This is why I think the Yankees are behind this entire scandal.

Yeah, but it's not like they're pushing to do something that MLB has no business doing. If the Yankees benefit from this, so be it.

So what are they supposed to do now? Just keep letting it go? Poor behavior in the past isn't an excuse for poor behavior in the present and future.

I don't know, I don't have sympathy for you if you blatantly try to sabotage an MLB investigation and then MLB comes down hard on you when they find out.
