It won't stop him trying. Festival bogans will love that shit.

When I was being a wicked creep to that aussie lesbian on the board and she came out to Boston for a while we were driving somewhere one day and she pointed to a truck, laughing, and asked me if it was some kind of joke. I was so confused, and was like "you mean that landscaping truck?" and she was all "yeah, it says bogan tree service" and I was all "uhhh, yeah I assume bogan is the owner's last name or something". I had no idea bogan was a derogatory term for retarded hick in some parts of the world.

I think of her every time I see one of their trucks.

I'm just hoping that given this is a festival - it won't turn into a Crowded House/Finn Brothers appreciation show

Nailed it. If it was a longer non-festival set Ed would throw in a Neil Young cover in the encore too.

I do quite enjoying singing do-do-doo-doo-do-do-doo in a Black encore.

I've seen Pearl Jam four times and only seen Black once, they'd better bloody play it every night this time.

Both confirmation received. Woohoo.

Seen Black 3 times. I guess it'll be played at one of the syd shows. Lots of other treats I prefer but it's always good live

I got a ticket to Sydney II. Will consider going to the first one as well but have some friends going to the second.

Ended up grabbing tickets for the Gold Coast One....
Very tempted to grab a couple for each city but Big Day Out factor killed it for me in the end.

Might try and pick up some Like a Boss tickets when GA go on sale as the Pearl Jam pre sale didn't have that option for some reason.
But as it is will dream of her tonight..

I think it'd be great if Eddie knew how big of a cliche Hunters & Collectors were in Australia...

They weren't an option when I checked out the presale. I'm assuming that they're only available with the main sale or were there a limited number of them that just went early with the presale?

Hope everyone who wants tix got what they were after! :)
When you log into the members presale on bigdayout.com, you will be sent a confirmation email. In that email there is a link to like a boss tickets for each city. They are currently still available in presale. Get on it!

P.s don't worry I thought the same as you originally too. You would think they would make the "like a boss" option a bit more in your face huh.

Yep, Pearl Jam better back out of this thing. We're talking ARCADE FIRE here, how is PJ gonna manage this. Pearl Jam are not known as being a very good live band.
