I know this is where have you already been, but this seems the best place. Eating at the Red Rooster in Harlem in May when I'm in NYC. I'm pretty excited, I'm a big fan of Marcus Samuelsson

Red Rooster is amazing. You'll love it. Man, I wish I was gonna be here when you're here.

Me too! But I'm glad you are giving it a good review. I know it is a popular place, but man that guy is so cool. I've made a ton of his recipes and have never been disappointed. I haven't been this excited about a restaurant in a long time.

It's been a few years since I've been, but I'd bet anything it's just as good as ever. I can't imagine Samuelsson would let it go downhill.

Yeah, and based on his social media activity, he is there often and very involved.

If the menu is the same next week as it is today, I'm gonna eat SO MANY sweetbreads. All of them. All of the sweetbreads.

The brown drinks will start when I get home. I have a standing tradition of getting drunk and watching a Jason Sudeikis movie on/around my birthday. So, I think we might do a whiskey tasting in the afternoon. Then Prune. Then home for more whiskey and Kodachrome.

Probably a good idea. Should I just drop Lenny's name when I first sit down, or... ?
