Here’s some context for how unprecedented Towns’ work this season has been. Guess how many players in league history have scored 5,000+ points, gathered 2,500+ rebounds, and hit 250+ three-pointers in their first three seasons? One. Towns, this season. How many players do you think have averaged over 20 points and 10 rebounds while shooting over 50-percent from the field, 40-percent from three, and 85-percent from the line? Two. The first was Larry Bird in the 1984-85 season, and the second was Towns.

Towns finished the season with the league’s 10th highest PER and amassed the second-most win shares in the league, trailing only MVP frontrunner James Harden. He also finished seventh in rebounding percentage.

Towns finished second in the NBA in total rebounds this season with 1,012 on the season, and 12th in the league in points, with 1,743. He also finished with the 12th best field goal percentage in the league, shooting 54.5 percent from the floor. None of the players ranked above him in shooting percentage took as many shots per game as Towns.

He would have to get into better habits defensively too. Noah Vonleh is ripped but doesn't have KATs skills. Basically, I prefer Embiid.

I totally agree that KAT’s D needs to improve. That’s a completely valid take. I’d probably like Embiid better too if he’d played every single game over the last three years like KAT has. He’s certainly a vastly better defender. But that’s really KATs only weakness. He has everything on the offensive end. He can score from anywhere. He shoots like a skilled guard, but he’s 7 feet tall, and he’s a well above average rebounder. They both have HOF potential.

I don't get the hoodie on the warm ups this season. The biggest offenders are the warriors.

This warriors spurs series is pointless. Just rooting for warriors injuries.

Why don't more people talk about Pop being washed? If he was still as great as everyone always says Kawhi wouldn't have bitched out.
