I'm 27 minutes into X-Men Apocalypse and I'm bored to tears. I don't think I'm gonna finish it.

A Tiger in Winter was a huge disappointment after how much I loved Romance Joe. Beautiful photography but just a miserable experience. I left after 45 minutes which I almost never do

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. I want those people to suffer and I want their enterprises to fail.

It's such an honest capper to their arc. I hope they do a fourth one in which they've settled into an older, easier state with each other, because I didn't like leaving them on a sour note. But at least it felt honest, like I really was getting a glimpse into a real relationship.
Exactly.

Yeah, i want a 4th one.

I haven't seen the second one. I want to see the first one again, too, so I can get a better sense of how they got here. When I saw the first one I hadn't been in a relationship in a long time and really hadn't had any substantial relationships at all. I'm sure I can enjoy these movies so much more now that I've been married for 82 years.
