Harden needs more than an MVP. He needs a ring.

So Harden goes 2 for 18 and his team wins in a blowout. LeBron goes 46 and 12 and his team barely hangs on.

MVP.
Let's talk about how weird it was for LeBron to feign shock when asked about Pop last night when the reporter had apparently talked about it with him prior to the interview.

Harden is getting MVP.

Lebron spent the first game of the series playing like a fuckboy. So by your logic he doesn't deserve it either.

I mean he wasn't 2-18 bad.

And if he had been 2-18 bad they would have lost by 50. He had an uninspiring triple double and they got beat by 15 or 20 or whatever it was. He puts up a monster night and they barely won. (In fairness, Harden did that in game 1)

Rockets >>>>>> Cavs, but LeBron still > Harden.

There's only another week or two left of LeBron's reign as the Greatest Player in the World, so at least you have that to look forward to, Verb.

Most likely. If they don't win it all though it might be AD instead. I think it'll be a pretty quick shift from LEBRON IS THE GREATEST PLAYER IN THE WORLD to IS HE EVEN IN THE TOP 5???

That depends on whether they lose to the Pacers or Raptors. A loss to the Raptors and he probably gets to be #3. A loss to the Pacers and he's gonna be behind Steph and Harden, too.

Seriously, nobody is going to trash LeBron with me over his fake emotion last night? He wanted people to think he was reacting to the news live. Branding at it's worst.

Idk about it. I also didn’t watch the game so I didn’t see what he said right then either.

It's not about what he said, it was how he said it. He acted like he was stunned after he was asked about it when in actuality the reporter informed him prior to the interview off air. It was pretty despicable.

On a more desperate note for tonight: Go Blazers.

I don't know, I didn't see it as gross.

LeBron and Pop are close. Even if you're informed before the interview, those emotions can still be raw and real.

If someone told me 10 seconds before sticking a camera in my face that my friend's wife had died, I'd still be processing it and shit.

Guys, why in the hell do we care about LaBroni’s reaction (real or not) to Pop’s wife’s death?
