He might be so bored to have something else with Stone. Those two shared 3 bands. Enough is enough.bodysnatcher wrote:i get Ed not being featured. he garners way too much attention because IT'S EDDIE VEDDER, and people miss the rest of the album. it works when he's doing a song with The Fastbacks or something, but being that's it's Jeff, i think he'd want to have his own voiceVinylGuy wrote:Good to see old Richard Stuverud on board again...and Matt and Mike.
So Stone and Ed are not featured. Yeah those two are the problem.
and he probably didn't want Stone bc he didn't want deal with breaking the news that his contribution isn't good enough

no CD
same as cavedweller, that's sucks, Jeff's packaging was always interesting on the CD as he didn't go the cheap route as so many do now.
I guess these days are definitely over.

yes, it's a similar package with art inside the booklet, sturdy jacket, sleeve for the cd, all in all a good product.VinylGuy wrote:I have Tone on cd, but havent bought the second one...is the art cool enough?armogi wrote:no CD

Re: Jeff Ament - Heaven/Hell
I'd prefer a CD too. I never invested in vinyl for the side projects.
I guess this is how it's going to work now. I guess I'll buy this with Moonlander and Cavedweller, and hope the reissue Bayleaf, Tone, and whatever the long fuck title of Jeff's other album is.

Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Re: Jeff Ament - Heaven/Hell
I love Jeff and I say this out of nothing but respect: He should really just stick to backing vocals on the Can’t Deny Me chorus.

Safe in the Car sounds great to me. Much much better than Can’t Deny Me.
