I'm 26 mins into Ep5 and that's the first Holy Shit moment, so far!

I'm barely interested in what’s happening. My wife thinks this is the biggest drop in quality between seasons she has ever seen.

Nah, this season has been mostly on par with the last. Same flaws. I thought last night's episode was the best one of the season.

The story is being told like a fragmented Hosts mind. Season 2 has been great, last night episode was really good.
Spoiler: show
Does the reveal of logan dying of a drug overdose actually mean when we saw Logan earlier in the season, that was after his naked run into the edge of westworld. And will we see what he saw there?

I thought last night's episode was excellent sci-fi storytelling with the flashbacks and how it connected to the overall episode. The lack of Delores helped a lot.
