Fragile is honestly a really good album.

It is. I wasn't aware that the general consensus was that it was pretentious, bloated, and nowhere near the quality of The Downward Spiral. Pitchfork gave it a 2.0 for fuck's sake. I can understand one's desire to trim it down to ~80 mins, but there are some outstanding songs on there, and quite a bit of variety by industrial/rock standards.

I found a Now That's What I Call Music UK mega torrent a little while ago that had all of them from #1 onwards. It was weird hearing some songs that I hadn't heard since they were released right next to other songs that crossed time to be hits even thirty years later.
