Not sure, if it is technically part of that performance of immortality then its probably considered one of the versions of immortality that is owned by whoever drafted it, but if its seperate from immortality but just played before it then its probably ok

It's separate, IIRC. It's a full fledged instrumental song. But, if it's not okay!
