Tekken is still a solid series. I played a bunch of 7 online. There's always a bigger fish, but it's still a lot of fun.

The new Mortal Kombats are great. Lots of fun stuff in those.

I find MK games to feel a lot clunkier than Tekken, but I love the whole crossover character thing, where they've added Freddy Kruger, Jason Voorhees, Alien, Predator etc.

Yeah I’ve really dug the last two. Surprisingly strong story campaigns.

Beyond how famous they are for the T&A, I always enjoyed the Dead or Alive games. They had a simple rock-paper-scissors counter system that was really fun to try to catch people with, and the hits were all very satisfying. I loved playing as the Russian Sambo guy, he had really great chain throws.

You can probably get it for cheap right now.. actually there may be a sale on the dlc guys.. I got the expensive edition right off the bat n it was worth every penny..

Injustice 2 may be the best fighting game of all time

HOLY COW THIS LOOKS INSANE.
I pictured, like, souped up graphics of SF2 with superhero costumes. The SFX and special move animations are ridiculous.
I WANT THIS.

I played it a bunch when I was visiting my little siblings in January (I gave it to my little brother for Christmas). It's a good time
