Changing forum descriptions

Can we start to look at making some changes to the descriptive phrases underneath each forum’s name? I think it’s been far too long since these have been amended, and in the spirit of change, I would like to lead this charge.

this is an outrage. even during his lengthy hiatus, balki is one of a few RMers that have regularly contributed monetarily to this board through donations to help with server costs. his requests should be granted in a timely fashion without any guff.
